Shyam joins Quatrro with a decade and a half experience in financial services and account management. His experience cuts across financial services, manufacturing and telecom industries. Shyam is a qualified Commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Shyam's association with the Mortgage Industry, especially mortgage off shoring, dates back to the late 1990's when he was part of GE's Captive center based out of Gurgaon. Shyam left GE to become part of the founding team at Equinox Corporation, a fully owned subsidiary of i-flex® Solutions - an Oracle Group company. Prior to joining Quatrro's Leadership team, Shyam ran operations of Equinox as its Chief Operating Officer and is acknowledged as an Industry expert specializing in mortgage processing for US Mortgage banks.

Shyam has also worked for Motorola & GE Capital where he managed the various offshore transition and operations processes. He has successfully migrated various financial services processes from the US to various offshore centers in India.

Amitabh Johri

Chief Operating Officer

Amitabh Johri is a qualified Chartered Accountant with around 15 years of experience spread across BPO and Consulting industry. Over the years, Amitabh has played a pivotal role in handling diverse functions such as Business Finance, Corporate Finance and General Management. He is also credited with being one of the first few members of Quatrro’s core team.

Prior to joining Quatrro, Amitabh was working with Wipro BPO and handled diverse roles in Finance and Corporate Management. He has also driven Concept Sales, Transitions and Operations as the Head of BFSI Vertical (including F&A Practice) for Wipro BPO, where he ran an operations team of 300 people. Amitabh had spent 5 years in consulting in KPMG and RSM- Ambit prior to joining Wipro BPO.

Prateek Datta

Vice President, Mortgage

Prateek is a Business and Project Management Executive with over 17 years of experience in Financial Services and Telecom Sectors. At Quatrro Mortgage Solutions, Prateek primarily oversees the Client Engagement group and is ultimately responsible for the effectiveness of all Account Management and Project Management activity in the United States. He and his group are responsible for encouraging and sponsoring a mutually beneficial relationship with clients. Prateek offers invaluable guidance to the project team and together they provide perfect Client Solutions.

Prateek was responsible for Operations and Delivery Integration and led a teams of Processors, Underwriters, Paralegal Assistants and Business Support Services teams. These teams were spread over U.S. and offshore delivery centers and continue to successfully deliver quality work per client expectations.

Prateek holds Master’s Degree in Business Management with specialization in Finance. He is NLMS licensed and is Certified PMP.

Ganesh Viswanathan

Ganesh has over 29 years of experience in Engineering and IT & Services industry with diverse Management experience with specialization in IT, Total Quality Management, Risk & Compliance, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Management.

At Quatrro Ganesh is responsible for managing the delivery of expert solutions business in Business Intelligence and Risk Management platforms. Ganesh leads the Corporate Compliance to information security and data protection for the Processing Business. As a Master Black Belt Ganesh champions Business excellence and Process improvement initiatives and is responsible for Transaction Quality.

Prior to Quatrro Ganesh has led the Systems department of a large business conglomerate. Ganesh was responsible for all the IT processes and was the SAP coordinator for the business. Ganesh also worked as Head of Supply Chain Management for a large overseas group. Ganesh has also led Global sourcing group to optimize costs and improve the delivery.

Ganesh also played a stellar role in design, development and implementation of the Quality Management Systems and was responsible for the Quality Assurance of the products and processes. Ganesh has spearheaded large Six Sigma quality assignments successfully by transforming business processes, thereby resulting in significant improvement in sales realization, productivity and cost reduction. Ganesh was also the Management Representative for both QMS (ISO 9001) and EMS (ISO 14001).

Ganesh has also successfully led Strategic Planning and was responsible for developing the business plan, Benchmarking critical Business processes, carrying out SWOT analysis, scenario planning, evolving the functional strategies, monitoring and review.

Ganesh is adept in solving complex business problems using data, technology and business process improvements. Ganesh has displayed proven ability to build and lead large cross-functional business teams to deliver tangible results. Nader Qutob

Nader is a Financial Services Professional with over a decade in the Mortgage sector. He is responsible for cultivating positive, long-term client relationships with our largest and most strategic client base. He effectively leads a team of project management professionals on complex global implementations. Nader works directly with the Business Development team during the presale stage, identifies customer’s business requirements and creates solution designs to include the highest and best use of people, process, and technology.

Before assuming the Executive role in Client Engagements, Nader directed Mortgage Operations for Quatrro’s U.S. delivery centers. He was responsible for planning the efficiency and effectiveness of all mortgage loan operations. He led a high-functioning operations team of Processors, Underwriters, and Closers who processed loans from application through closing, submitted them to servicing, and performed periodic post-closing audits. He was charged with ensuring that his operations team delivered on Service Levels Agreements for Turnaround Time and Quality. Nader directly oversaw approximately 2500 loan transactions per day for various clients and processes which include Wholesale, Retail and Correspondent loan origination, Loan Modifications, and Forensic Auditing.

Prior to joining Quatrro, Nader was a Senior Business Analyst for Preferred Financial Group Inc., a Nationwide Mortgage Banker. He successfully led an initiative to create uniform policies and procedures for loan operations across 5 Regional Operations Centers as well as an offshore captive in India.

Nader has an Undergraduate Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of California, Davis.
